MESA contracts with a third-party to bill its annual fee to property owners and employers including mailing, collection and handling inquiries.
Annual fee bills for 2024 were mailed mid-February and payment was due by March 15, 2024 (view sample).
Account Delinquencies
MESA has contracted with Cornerstone Acceptance Company (CAC), a third-party collection agency, for 2024 delinquent accounts. If your account is delinquent, you may be contacted by CAC regarding your unpaid balance. Payment options and a form to contact CAC are available on CAC’s website. You can also reach CAC by calling (800) 690-3857.

Billing Discrepancies
To address an inaccuracy in the number of units billed for your property parcel(s), please complete and submit a Fee Assessment Billing Appeal Form.
Please note that appeals are only eligible for the number of units on your bill. There is not an appeal process to opt-out of the per unit fee.
